The Enchantress and Other Works
Exhibition by Judith Rosenberg 1 May - 2 June 2017 OPENING NIGHT Saturday 6 May 2017, 6-8pm The opening event on Facebook ![]() Judith Rosenberg describes her prints, in this brand new exhibition, as depictions of the mysterious, the natural, the acrobatic, and the quirky.
The artworks have a presence of exotic godlike figures representing ideas of creation with benign holding powers. Judith has a B.A. in Fine Arts from Leeds College of Art (UK) majoring in painting with printing as an elective. Since 1989, she has had over 20 solo print exhibitions and participated in many more. Judith's husband Barry Rosenberg will be joining her in this exhibition. Barry started craftwork by teaching himself picture framing. He made and sold many boxes, mirrors and small cabinets. More recently, Barry has become interested in segmented wood turning and wooden automata. Please join the artists at the opening night to celebrate their achievements. Workshop by Judith Rosenberg During the exhibition period, Judith will be delivering a weekend workshop here. Introduction to Etching runs over May 13-14 (Sat & Sun), 10am-4pm both days and places are strictly limited. Take a look at some of Barry's work in action below!
