Mt Maria College Petrie Artisan Club

History
The Mt Maria College Petrie Artisan Club was introduced by Astrid in 2015, as an extra-curricular initiative for those students who have an interest in art, but were unfortunate enough to lack Art classes within their weekly lessons. Meeting every Wednesday afternoon from 3pm-5pm, the Club also opened to parents, friends, and alumni. This enabled students to create and learn techniques in all art-forms and genres, using all mediums (including painting, printing, and drawing).
The Club is a major supporter of the Mt Maria College Petrie Art Prize.
